Since its inception, MICRA has already engaged in numerous projects on behalf of a number of institutions, including the following:

  • AMFITIL: Performed CGAP delinquency management training in East Timor.
  • AMiDA: Performed regular yearly International Microfinance Academy: GTZ and MICRA envision AMiDA to be a leading academy in the region providing regular world class education programs relating to specific microfinance skills. The programs are available to a vast number of high level microfinance practitioners and policy makers in Asia and the Pacific. In 2008, special focus will be given to practitioners from regions affected by the 2004 Tsunami. AMiDA serves as an exchange platform for lessons learned drawn from those working in the disaster and conflict affected areas
  • CGAP: Conducted training of trainers of CGAP Delinquency Management and Financial Analysis trainings for PNM, Mercy Corps and IFC participants. Works for CGAP also include translation and dissemination of CGAP technical materials in Indonesia and course updates.
  • Central Bank of Sudan: Performed exposure for Islamic MFIs in Jakarta.
  • Citigroup Foundation: Organized Citigroup trainings in Indonesia, related to microfinance and disaster management and official training partner for Citibank microfinance management courses.
  • Cordaid: Performed group lending study in MFIs.
  • DAI/USAID: Performed technical assistance in Banda Aceh.
  • FAO-ADB: Performed MicroBanker implementation for MFIs in Banda Aceh.
  • GTZ Aceh and GTZ ProFI: Performed TA and MIS activities in Banda Aceh and Jogjakarta.
  • HIVOS / Moris Rasik: Performed technical assistance and market research in East Timor.
  • IFC: Conducted CGAP training services for women cooperative (PUSKOWANJATI).
  • ILO: Performed technical assistance in Banda Aceh and Nias, migrant workers study.
  • InWEnt: Performed training and consulting work, as well as organization of lateral learning opportunities for MFIs in Banda Aceh and Java, with a focus on Sharia-based institutions.
  • Mercy Corps: Performed technical assistance for BPR, cooperatives and BMT (Baitul Qiradh).
  • Microenterprise Opportunities: Official Trainers in Citibank/MO Financial Literacy training.
  • MIX Market: Becoming East Asian Regional Partner for MIX Market.
  • Multiple MFIs: Provided technical assistance to community banks, foundations, cooperatives and BMT throughout Java.
  • PNPM (World Bank): Performed research on female migrant worker in East Java and NTB.
  • PKSF: Performed technical assistance and international exposure for its management member.
  • SBFIC: Performed technical assistance and market research in Banda Aceh.
  • World Bank: Performed financial literacy trainings in Surabaya and Lombok for the national community empowerment program.
  • World Vision Indonesia: Performed technical assistance, ratings, and research for World Vision Indonesia program.
